Happy Day of Atonement, Friends!

I'm done with the fasting. You know, the fasting that baffles my lady every year because I am an atheist. And I am a true atheist who is repelled by religion, including Judaism. But I'm too lazy to come up with my own day of atonement so I just use my people's day of reflection and atonement.

We must be doing something right to last 200 years. Wait, I think that's Henry Gibson from Nashville.
We must be doing something right to last 5771 years.

Here's my themes for this coming year: frugality, industry, consciousness.

I fasted and took my kids to the zoo (though I found myself a little bit cranky). I too am an observant Jewish athiest.
