Good Omens

I am a superstitious as a ball player when it comes to I-95. If Billy Joel comes on the radio the week before 95, it is a terrifying harbinger of mediocrity and I will go back over the order intensely to dispel the pall of "Piano Man." I'm 100% serious.

A variation of the photo above is going in 95 this year. It was one I had been going back and forth about, but then I saw this guy at Cosmi's getting a hoagie today and I knew I had made the right decision.

Zoe - If you actually think that Billy Joel is a harbinger of mediocrity, then you couldn't have picked a worse baseball team to play for. Philadelphia has long been dedicated BJ territory. He even holds the record for the most shows played at some of our local venues. However, if you seriously wish to neutralize a potential kharmic disturbance caused by hearing "Piano Man', simply program anything from his 1982 album - 'The Nylon Curtain' - as a counteracting talisman. This will have a guaranteed positive result for you. I kid you not.

"We Didn't Start the Fire" is my personal shit sandwich. Oh, and "BJ territory" definitely has more than one connotation.
